In December, the GEVA Project, in collaboration with organic agriculture expert MSc. Mr. Bùi Khánh Tùng, conducted a field survey at Ede Coffee – a leading specialty coffee brand in Đắk Lắk Province, deeply rooted in Ê Đê cultural identity and developed under a circular economy model.

Ede Coffee operates across the entire value chain, from cultivation and sourcing to processing and distribution. The brand is particularly recognized for its signature product line, “Smoked Coffee”, which embodies the cultural values of the Ê Đê people, inspired by family memories and indigenous traditions. Its products have earned several prestigious certifications and recognitions, including OCOP 4-Star certification, ISO 22000, FDA, and awards as Outstanding Rural Products at both provincial and national levels.

Ede Coffee is also acknowledged for its strong commitment to supporting local communities by building a sustainable value chain through technical training, financial assistance, and livelihood creation for farming households.
During the assessment, the expert worked directly at the cultivation areas and processing facilities, providing strategic guidance on organic-oriented development and expanding opportunities for Ede Coffee products to access green and sustainable export markets in the future.
