In December 2025, GEVA, together with expert M.Sc. Bui Khanh Tung, conducted an on-site field survey at the cultivation areas and production facilities of Tay Nguyen Herbal Co., Ltd. (DATO). The visit was also attended by representatives of the local authorities, demonstrating their close support and commitment to accompanying DATO on its journey toward green export development.
DATO operates with the mission of partnering with local farmers, particularly ethnic minority communities, to cultivate and process spices and medicinal herbs such as ginseng, ginger, turmeric, and chili. The company is currently one of Kon Tum Province’s leading representatives in the field of agricultural processing and export.

As part of the survey, GEVA and the expert worked together with DATO to assess a potential cultivation area at an altitude of 1,400 meters, with the aim of planning an isolated farming zone free from pesticide residues and gradually developing a growing area that meets international organic standards. This serves as an important foundation for building a model cultivation system targeting premium markets and enhancing the value of Vietnamese agricultural products.

Originating from his hometown of Dak To, the founder of DATO carries with him vivid childhood memories of Xo Dang community gatherings. These early experiences inspired his aspiration to develop DATO not only as a business producing high-quality products through modern processing technologies—such as ginger tea, extracts, and preserves—but also as a bridge to support ethnic minority communities, preserve cultural heritage, and promote local economic development.
With the close accompaniment and professional guidance of expert Khanh, DATO is gradually shaping an organic production roadmap aligned with international standards—an important milestone in its journey of ‘connecting communities and integrating globally.’
