In December 2025, GEVA, together with expert M.Sc. Bui Khanh Tung, conducted an on-site field survey of the Green Alliance’s cajeput and ginger cultivation areas in Hue. The enterprise is one of the participants in GEVA’s Green Export Incubation & Acceleration Program.

The cultivation areas of the Green Alliance are being developed under an ecological agriculture model, closely linked to environmental protection and the preservation of native ecosystems. In particular, the area designated by the enterprise for organic development consists of Hue’s characteristic sandy–loam soil, where the harsh climate and challenging natural conditions are not favorable for cultivation. However, with the enterprise’s strong commitment, a clear sustainable development strategy, and the advantage of an isolated growing area that facilitates effective control of organic production processes, the project is expected to overcome these challenges together with the company and gradually develop this site into a model area for organic ginger production in compliance with EU Organic standards.

In this context, the on-site survey conducted across three linked cultivation areas enabled GEVA and the expert to carry out a detailed assessment of current farming practices, harvesting processes, and raw material area management. This marks the first critical step in shaping an appropriate technical support roadmap, supporting the enterprise in standardizing its ginger products toward achieving EU Organic certification, and opening up opportunities to access green export markets in the future.
