The Green Export Acceleration Program is a specialized initiative under the GEVA project, part of the SwissTrade program. The project is funded by the Government of Switzerland through the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), managed by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and implemented by KisStartup JSC from April 2025 to April 2026.
Program Objectives
The acceleration program is tailored to support businesses that have already complied with at least one Voluntary Sustainability Standard (VSS) (e.g. Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, EU Organic), with the aim to:

Scale up VSS implementation and enhance product value

Strengthen management capacity, market development, and international marketing

Improve access to and engagement with buyers in developed markets

Drive green export growth in a more strategic and sustainable way
Target Participants

Businesses in the spices, coffee, or nuts sectors

Already in compliance with at least one VSS

Seeking to expand export markets and accelerate sustainable growth

Fully funded by the Government of Switzerland during the project implementation period (April 2025 – April 2026)
Program Content
The program runs for 6 months, featuring weekly one-on-one coaching sessions (1 hour per week per business). Each incubation roadmap is custom-designed based on survey results, business diagnostics, and specific needs.
